Digital Marketing (Internship)

Job Description:
- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok).
- Prepare marketing content for home brand products to be used on social media.
- Assist in creating basic visuals and videos using tools like Canva or Adobe Express.
- Monitor and report on digital marketing performance using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the team on campaign ideas and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferably at least 4 months internship period.
Product Sales Specialist (Full Time)

Job Description:
- Proactively identify and approach potential B2B customers to promote branded and functional ingredient offerings.
- Support day-to-day sales operations, including preparing proposals and follow-ups.
- Help maintain and update customer databases (e.g., CRM tools).
- Learn and understand our portfolio of branded and functional ingredients.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, technical) to support client needs.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and trade events as needed.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Life Sciences, Food Science, Biotechnology, Nutrition, Business, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Some exposure to sales, customer service, or internship experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and able to take initiative.
- Passion for health, wellness, and functional nutrition industries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a bonus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings or industry events.
